44 year old woman | 5’4″ | 105 lbs.
“I don’t want ot look 12 years old!”
This patient was very unhappy with her breast size. She said, “I do not want to look like a twelve year old girl”, and had considered breast augmentation since she was 16 years old! She thought her breasts looked even worse after pregnancy and nursing. Her pre-operative breast size was a 34 A-cup. The exam demonstrated breast asymmetry; her left breast was larger and drooped because of more loose skin on this side. Six week post-operative photographs show her results following a bilateral dual plane-I, subpectoral breast augmentation with Natrelle style 15 moderate profile, smooth, round silicone gel-filled breast implants; the right implant volume is 234cc and the left implant volume is 265cc. A left circumvertical breast lift was performed for additional shaping. Her post-operative bra size is a 32 D-cup.
