Breast Lift

41 year old woman | 5´8″ | 170 lbs.
Experienced significant weight gain with two pregnancies, during which time her breast size increased to a DD-cup. She nursed each child for one year. Following diet and exercise she was able to achieve a weight close to her pre-pregnancy weight, but her breasts did not recover the same. Pre-operative breast size was a 36B-cup. Examination showed drooping with the nipple position almost 5cm below the level of the inframammary crease. Five month post-operative photographs show the results of a bilateral Wise-pattern mastopexy, and she is extremely happy with her new breast shape.
