This lady’s right breast had always been smaller than her left breast; she wore a 36C-cup that fit the left breast. She has two children, but did not breast-feed. She was unhappy with the difference in size and drooping, but did not want to significantly change her current breast size. Exam showed enlarged breasts with grade III ptosis. The right breast was a bit smaller than the left. Three and one-half month post-operative photographs show her results after resecting 53 gr of breast tissue from the right breast, and 109 gr of breast tissue form the left breast, with a Wise pattern breast lift. Her post-operative bra size is a 36B/C-cup
