Liposuction Lateral, Posterior, and Medial Thighs — Patient 257
37 year old woman | 5’6″ | 125 lbs.
This active woman was unhappy with the persistent fullness of her lateral and medial thighs. Examination showed a mild-to-moderate fat accumulation in the lateral thigh/saddlebag, as well as additional lipodystrophy in the posterior and medial thigh. Six week post-operative photographs show the results of power-assisted ‘superwet’ liposuction of the lateral, posterior, and medial thighs — 350cc of fat was aspirated from each lateral thigh; 225cc of fat was removed from each posterior/posteromedial thigh; 100cc of fat was aspirated from each anterior thigh; and 50cc of fat was removed from the medial knee and lower thigh on each side.
She is happy with her results and her friends have commented on how thin she looks.
