Even body building couldn’t fix it
This gentleman disliked the hard lumps under his nipple-areolar complexes for many years. He is physically active and weight lifting did not reduce the prominence of his central breast. Exam showed that breast tissue enlargement accounted for most of the increased size, and that only a minimal amount of excess fat was present. Four month post-operative photographs show the results after liposuctioning the anterior breast and chest wall, in combination with direct excision of the breast tissue. Approximately 100cc of fat was aspirated from each breast; 52gr of breast tissue was excised from the right breast, and 56gr of breast tissue was excised from the left breast.
