He remembered developing enlarged breasts at about 12 years of age; they gradually increased in size until he was 22 years old. He did not remove his shirt in front of others, and remained self-conscious about his appearance. Exam showed breast enlargement confined to the anterior chest, consisting of both fat and excess breast tissue. Three week post-operative photographs show the results of liposuctioning the anterior chest and breast, followed by direct excision of the breast tissue. Approximately 150cc of fat was aspirated from each side of the chest, and resection of 45gr of breast tissue from each breast was also performed.
