Neck, shoulder, and back pain
This patient suffered from neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, a slouched posture, and intermittent skin rashes in the folds beneath her breasts. Her pre-operative breast size was a 38-D cup with moderate overflow. Exam showed grade III ptosis. Four month post-operative photographs show the results of a bilateral inferior pedicle breast reduction with removal of 378gr of breast tissue from the right breast, and removal of 476gr of breast tissue from the left breast. Her post-operative bra size is a small C-cup.
