This lady had considered breast enhancement surgery for many years. She disliked the upper volume loss and drooping that occurred following the birth and one year of breast feeding her daughter. Her pre-operative breast size was a 34A-cup. Five week post-operative photographs show the results after a dual plane-I, subpectoral breast augmentation with Allergan Natrelle™ style 20 high profile, smooth, round 325cc silicone gel-filled breast implants placed via an inframammary fold incision. Her post-operative bra size is a 34C-cup.
