A friend, who had breast augmentation surgery three years earlier, convinced her to schedule a consultation to learn more. Her pre-operative breast size was a 34B-cup. Fourteen month post-operative photographs show her results after a bilateral dual plane-I, subpectoral breast augmentation with Allergan Natrelle style 15, smooth, round 286cc silicone gel-filled breast implants placed via an inframammary fold incision. Her post-operative bra size is a 34D-cup.
