This young woman was unhappy that she was always flat, and had considered breast enlargement for many years. SHe wanted to be more balanced and have a womanly figure. Pre-operative breast size was a 32B, and her right breast was larger than her left. Two month post-operative photographs show her results following a bilateral dual plane-I, subpectoral breast augmentation with Allergan Natrelle style 20, smooth, round, high profile silicone gel-filled breast implants placed through an inframammary fold incision. A 280 cc implant was used on the right , and a 325cc implant was used on the left. Her post-operative bra size is a 32DDD-cup (34DD-cup).
