Abdominoplasty - Milwaukee, WI
Tummy Tuck with muscle plication & Liposuction of the Flank - Patient 16427 year old woman | 5’3″ | 125 lbs.
“I want my pants to fit properly.”
This young lady was very unhappy with the size and appearance of her stomach following two pregnancies. She could not wear a normal sized pair of pants – if the legs and buttock fit, the waist was too small. She was forced to wear a pant size that would fit her belly, but was too baggy in the butt and thighs. Examination showed a significant protrusion of the central abdomen from a rectus muscle separation 3+ cm wide. An umbilical hernia was reducible. Many stretch marks were present on her loose lower abdominal skin. The umbilical hernia was repaired, and an abdominoplasty with umbilical transposition was performed. The rectus muscle diastasis and remaining loose abdominal fascia was plicated to tighten the abdominal wall and improve tone. Liposuction removed 250cc of fat from each flank to improve contour.
Eight week post-operative photographs show her nice results.
